Alpha Epsilon Chapter
The Alpha Epsilon Chapter of Delta Sigma Pi was founded on March 8, 1924. As a co-ed professional business fraternity, we strive to foster three ideals in our members: professionalism, service, and brotherhood.
As the largest accredited professional business fraternity in the United States, professionalism is core to our identity. We take great pride in connecting Alpha Epsilon brothers with a network of Delta Sigma Pi alumni through mentoring relationships and events with local companies.
Every semester, the Alpha Epsilon chapter holds numerous professional events, including a variety of guest speakers, company site tours, and networking events. Our guest speakers have included professional analysts to senior leaders at a variety of Fortune 500 companies as well as local entrepreneurs and professional alumni. Additionally, we host a dinner for brothers and recruiters each fall and a professional networking reception in the spring to foster professional relationships and facilitate internship and career opportunities.
The Alpha Epsilon chapter has strived to make an impact not only in the business world, but also in the greater community and the Twin Cities area. To accomplish our goals, the fraternity takes part in a variety of community service events each semester, partnering with the Red Cross, Feed My Starving Children, Boys and Girls Club, and more.
Recently we worked with MATTERbox Madness, an event for the nonprofit Matter that brought companies from around Minnesota together to pack over 200,000 healthy meals for local families.
Brothers of Delta Sigma Pi join not only for the professional events and community service opportunities, but to form lasting friendships with their collegiate peers. Brotherhood and close-knit relationships are essential to the success of the Alpha Epsilon Chapter. To continually foster brotherhood within our chapter, we host a variety of events each semester, including pledge socials, Big Bro' Lil' Bro' Night Out, study nights, family dinners, retreats, and others.
